At Oil Perfumery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance experience. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit; please note that bottles must be at least 90% full.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked carrier of your choice to send the package back to our distribution center.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
